How the partnership works

  1. Apply and meet usWe check your experience and RERA registration, and agree the commission split in writing.
  2. Share listingsYour properties go live on our website under your partner code, with the owner's number kept private.
  3. Share buyersSend us buyers for any property on our site. Every lead is logged, so the introduction is on record.
  4. Close and get paidWe raise the GST invoice, collect the brokerage and pay your share within 7 days of receipt.

Partners must follow our rules: no cash deals above legal limits, honest information, and KYC for every client.
