What we do differently
- Every listing is checked. We speak to the owner and see the documents before a property goes live. Listings marked Verified have had their papers checked.
- Owner numbers stay private. Buyers talk to us, we screen them, and only serious buyers visit.
- The full cost is shown upfront. Each property shows the stamp duty, registration, brokerage and GST, so buyers are not surprised at the registry.
- Tax is done correctly. TDS on purchase, capital gains for sellers and NRI rules are handled by people who file returns every day.
- Two sets of rules, one desk. Vapi follows Gujarat law; Daman, Dadra and Silvassa follow the Union Territory's. We work across both.
